Mission!

We’re on a mission to make life better for the 99% of workers in Indonesia.

 

Essentially, Kini enables employers to offer daily-pay to their employees while they continue to manage payroll on a monthly pay-cycle. We want to give flexibility back to employees to use their money as they earn it.

How We Work

We are remote. We have an experienced and diverse team from different backgrounds, ages and careers.

 

We move fast, operating mostly on Zoom and WhatsApp. We don’t rely too much on meetings and have regular weekly meetings.
